Based in Warkworth, MAHU Property Services is a family-owned and operated business proudly servicing the Matakana Coast, including Omaha, Leigh, Pakiri, the Mahurangi Peninsula, and beyond - from Silverdale to Mangawhai.

Our owner-operator Dane brings over seven years of hands-on experience in the property services industry - including groundskeeping, abseil window cleaning, and five years as an operations manager leading teams and delivering exceptional results for residential and commercial clients alike.

While our focus is on the outside, we also offer interior window cleaning as part of our comprehensive window service. Window Cleaning

We offer professional window cleaning inside and out - including frames, tracks, and balustrades. Using a combination of mop-and-blade techniques, deionised (D/I) water, and a pure water-fed pole system where suitable, we deliver streak-free, crystal-clear windows. We also remove stickers and construction debris on new builds for a flawless finish.
Water Blasting

We deliver professional water blasting for driveways, decks, patios, paths, fences and solar panels. Using soft wash application and adjustable low to medium pressure (up to 4000psi), we safely and effectively remove dirt, moss, and mould. By selecting the right flow rate, nozzle, and cleaning distance for each surface, we protect the integrity of timber, concrete, and more. Expect a thorough, damage-free result.
House Washing

Our soft house washing service removes built-up dirt, mould, and dust from all exterior surfaces below the roofline. We apply a salt-based eco-friendly soft wash solution, followed by a low-pressure rinse (max 300psi), ideal for preserving paint, cladding, and weatherboards. A fast, effective, and damage-free exterior house wash that leaves your property gleaming.
Gutter Cleaning

Keep your gutters flowing and your roof protected with our reliable gutter cleaning services. We remove all debris from gutters and downpipes, unblock any clogs, and dispose of waste. Clean gutters help prevent water damage, leaks, and foundation issues - especially during heavy rain.
Roof Treatment

Our roof treatment service begins with clearing loose debris from the roof surface and valleys, followed by a slow-acting, long-lasting moss and mould treatment. Over 6–12 months, this eco-safe application gradually kills and lifts organic growth - extending the life of your roof without harsh pressure washing. Ideal for tiled and metal roofs.

No, you don’t need to be home. For exterior work, just make sure windows and doors are closed, and move any outdoor items like laundry, cushions, or furniture away from the house. For internal window cleaning, we need clear access to the property and ask that window sills are cleared. If you have pets, please let us know beforehand so we can follow your instructions and keep them safe.
